Overview
Founded in Melbourne during the worlds strictest lockdown, Runaways are a group of dads who navigate the strange times of a pandemic, and the pressures of working from home while being a new parent, through the simple act of running together.
Solution
With a focus on community over performance, the group Identified more with skate and surf culture than a traditional running club. Typography is inspired by the fatigue vortex of being a new parent, and the strange times the group was founded in. The tagline "Someones Tortoise, Someones Hare" addresses performance anxiety, and a simple mantra or "Run" is repeated for daily encouragement.
